1st Meeting

In the first meeting, we will come to your home and discuss your goals in changing your existing home to fit your life-style. We will then draft your changes and check with your community to ensure that covenants and lot dimensions will allow for your improvements.

2nd Meeting

In the second meeting we will look over the drafting changes and make any adjustments necessary to achieve your goals. Selections will be discussed to ensure appropriate pricing can be achieved.

3rd Meeting

In the third meeting, we will make our final proposal and submit pricing for the project. A building contract will be signed if the proposal is accepted. If not, we will make any adjustments necessary and schedule an additional meeting.

Start the Construction Process

After all the decisions are finalized and contracts signed, the remodeling and/or addition will begin. Our goal is not to interfere with your home life any more than necessary. At the end of the day, we will try and leave your home as functional as possible.

The time frame for a remodel and/or addition is dependent on the scope of the project. We offer a one year warranty on the work done by our company and subcontractors.
