I thought I'd just drop a line to tell you how pleased I've been working with the two of you in the construction of my home. It was a real pleasure dealing with people that I felt very comfortable with in the planning as well as the construction phase of putting this project together. By the time we were through, I felt as though I had had a couple of friends building this house. Construction Professionals framed our house for us five years ago and also put on our deck and screened in porch. This company without a doubt is one of if not the most honest construction companies around Oran Struecker to me is a man of pride and integrity and that shows in the way he and his crew builds. I found it very hard in this field to find subcontractors with these attributes as I was building our family home. Oran's crew was the only crew that we did not have to pick up after they did everything with pride all the way down to picking up the job site at the end of each day. Also there were many crews that I did not bring my wife or kids around until they had left for the day this was not the case with Construction Professionals employees they were ALWAYS respectful and welcoming, never did I have to worry about what might come out of one of their mouths around my children. As far as the quality of their work, it is unsurpassed in everyway if they can't do it right they just won't do it and that means a lot to me and is very hard to find these days. I would with out hesitation recommend Contruction Professionals to everyone that might have a need for their talents, as I have done many times already and will continue to. ~Tim

Oran and Derek do wonderful work. They added a new entrance to my townhouse several years ago that completely transformed my 1970's era townhouse into a new-feeling building. We didn't have an architect on the job but it looked great, just from Oran and Marilyn's suggestions. Last year, when my wife and I decided to remodel and reconstruct the kitchen, dining room and living room, I immediately thought of Oran and Marilyn as the perfect folks to do the work. We did a major project as we moved two walls to enlarge the kitchen, added a Hearth room and changed the living room into a dining room. They once again did great work, the kitchen takes our breath away every morning!! Marilyn was a lot of help with making the plans. They were flexible as our plans changed. They fixed the inevitable small problems quickly, their costs were very reasonable and fair. The work area was always clean and safe when they left (we have two little boys) They work with a great cabinet maker out of Boone (Swan Creek) who does custom cabinets at factory prices. Everything turned out great! Thanks again you guys, you have kept us from having to move again!! ~Steve

It has been almost two months since the completion of our bar renovation project. Each visit to our property brings a greater appreciation for your accomplishment of this project. Our family has transitioned easily into the comfort the barn brings. As we sit here on this December morning enjoying the beauty of the fireplace, the warmth of the radiant floor system, and a cup of coffee, we continue to marvel the craftsmanship and vision delivered to this project. Perhaps more amazing...this was all accomplished without any architectural drawings. We could write several pages about the individual aspects we enjoy or appreciate about your craftsmanship and the barn; the point is that it has all exceeded our expectations. Building our house with Construction Professionals was a surprisingly wonderful experience. We had heard many horror stories about building your own home and we even had our own previous nightmares that made us very skeptical in the process. Oran and Marilyn were with us during the planning stages, the developmental and architectural phases and most importantly were on the jobsite nearly every day making sure things were done right. When building a custom home, there are so many variables and options available that it can be quite overwhelming. Oran and Marilyn worked extensively with our architect in getting everything just how we wanted it. The offered their ideas and expertise in making some very important changes to our home while still being mindful of our budget and most importantly, always had our best interest at heart. Oran made an extensive change to our entryway with a spiral staircase going up and downstairs and it greatly improved the appeal of an already outstanding home. We are very pleased with our home and Oran and Marilyn exceeded our expectations as builders. Oran and Derek did an outstanding job and have put together a well-built structure with incredible taste and elegance.
